Who We Are

We’re an independent research team out of Sacramento, California. No affiliation with any travel club, timeshare company, or booking platform. Nobody pays us to write a glowing review.

Our approach is simple: we read the fine print so you don’t have to.

We dig into official membership agreements, pricing structures, cancellation policies, and refund terms. We cross-reference real member experiences from the BBB, Trustpilot, Reddit, and consumer advocacy forums. Then we lay out what we found, including the good, the bad, and the expensive surprises buried on page 12.

We’re analysts, not tourists. One weekend at a resort doesn’t tell you much. Patterns across hundreds of member experiences do.

How We Review Travel Clubs

Every review on this site follows the same process:

We read the full membership agreement, terms and conditions, and pricing disclosures. We calculate the real break-even point: how many trips per year before the membership actually pays off? We review BBB complaint histories, Trustpilot ratings, Reddit threads, and consumer protection filings to spot recurring problems. We flag clubs with difficult exit processes or misleading cancellation terms. And we ask the honest question: could you get the same savings booking directly, using a travel rewards card, or through a free loyalty program?

Each club gets scored with a plain-language verdict: Worth It, Situational, or Skip It, with a breakdown of exactly who it works for and who should look elsewhere.

Why We Built This
